Dr. Anna Dor, Ph.D.

I am a Personnel Psychologist specialized in Executive & Leadership Team Coaching. I have over 25 years of experience working on Organizational Development initiatives. During that time, I worked in various capacities including adult training, leadership development, program evaluation, program management, coaching, conflict management, analytics, and organizational development consulting. My areas of expertise include: Appreciative Inquiry (AI), Positive Psychology, Adult Learning Principals, Conflict Resolution, Human Centered Design, and quantitative and qualitative data analytics. I hold an M.A. in both Organizational Behavior & Positive Psychology as well as an M.S. in Human Resources. I earned my Ph.D. in Education with emphasis on Adult Learning, Positive Psychology and Evaluation.​
