Team Coaching

Team Coaching involves a professional coach facilitator working with intact teams or groups of individuals towards achieving a common goal. We apply a strengths-based Appreciative Inquiry approach to team workshops. We work together as a team to set goals, devise strategies to overcome challenges, and discover the team's strengths. We also use a variety of assessments and tools to gain insight into the team's strengths and how the team is perceived ie. the team's reputation. During this process we also discover how the team fits together and works together. Embrace the transformative power of coaching to discover your team's superpowers and increase the team's effectiveness.

Leadership Team Assessments

Hogan Team Report

The Team report aggregates team members’ individual scores to shed light on team dynamics. The report provides teams with insight regarding the values and biases that shape team behavior, the informal roles that specific teammates fulfill, and the behaviors that can derail the group’s performance when the pressure is on. Even high-performing teams are susceptible to dysfunction. Understanding more about the team dynamic enables leaders to work together to identify and correct potential fracture lines — from infighting to apathy — before they hinder performance. Hogan’s Team report facilitates this process by helping participants understand their team’s collective strengths, weaknesses, values, and unconscious biases.

Provides leaders with critical insight into how your people are going to get things done – in the office or while working from home. Identify your team’s strengths by getting Kolbe A™ Index results for everyone. Unlike other assessments, Kolbe focus on how team members naturally approach tasks and work, rather than their intelligence or personality. You get immediately actionable advice to grow a team and be more productive with less pain. Click below for more information and a free team collaboration survey.
